On September 4, 2019, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Light City Project (Hai Dang Residential Area Phase 1) invested by the Company. The event was attended by the leaders of Vung Tau City, departments and branches, representatives of People's Committee of Ward 12, construction units, media agencies and customers.

Perspective of The Light City project 

Located in Ward 12, Vung Tau City, The Light City project has a strategic location, fully converging outstanding advantages to become an ideal housing complex. Adjacent to the main road of Vung Tau - Ba Ria, Vung Tau - Phuoc Tinh - Long Hai, the northwest is adjacent to the national highway 51B - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau highway, the southwest is adjacent to national highway 51C, the project can connect quickly to the city's most important arterial roads. Especially, the project is located in the center of three important functional areas of the city including: North Vung Tau urban area, Chi Linh - Cua Lap coastal tourism development area, Bac Phuoc Thang typical ecological urban area, which are the areas with the highest development potential in Vung Tau in the future.

The Light City has a total area of 49 hectares which is planned in a synchronous manner with modern technical infrastructure system and green urban environment aiming at the first model urban target in this area. Phase 1 of the project is implemented on an area of over 27ha, including: 490 townhouses with an area of 100-157m2; 213 villas having an area of 239-385m2 and about 400 apartments with utilities such as Primary School - Secondary School, Cultural House, Medical Diagnostic Center, Green Park ... meet the demand for enjoyment of people

With convenient transportation,the location near the sea gateway, the modern living space, fresh and convenient living environment, The Light City will be a great choice to settle down. The project also promises to bring great added value in the market when Vung Tau is orienting the Chi Linh - Cua Lap area  to be one of the key tourist - entertainment development of the city. The capital of phase 1 of the project is expected to be VND 2,400 billion.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Lien - General Director of Hodeco Company said: "The Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Light City is the base for Hodeco to start building infrastructure, speeding up the progress as the goals set to put the project into business in 2020. Hodeco will use all of the resources to deploy and complete the project to ensure quality and progress ". He also believes that with its strategic location, The Light City will attract a great deal of attention from customers and add an impressive highlight to the appearance of Vung Tau City in the overall picture of Urban in the near future.
