Delivering welcoming remarks, Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of HODECO, shared an overview of the company’s 36-year journey of establishment and growth in the real estate sector, closely tied to the development of local residential areas, urban townships, and housing developments.

Spanning approximately 49 hectares along Chi Lang Street in Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, The Light City features master-planned infrastructure, integrated landscapes, and comprehensive modern amenities. Delegates received insights into the master plan, product offerings, and facilities before embarking on a physical tour of the project site and sample show houses.
In addition to formal exchanges, the delegation conducted an on-site tour of the development and model homes. The experience offered participating businesses first-hand perspective on the project layout, product offerings, architectural spaces, and HODECO’s strategic investment vision.
