On October 9, 2026, a delegation of leaders representing the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Rach Dua Ward, led by Comrade Nguyen Huu Nam—Member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Ward People’s Committee—visited and congratulated Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13).
