The school land area in The Light City Urban Area is located in the center of the project. Accordingly, The Light City is a large-scale housing project (49 ha), a complex residential area, synchronously built, suitable for multi-generational families. In addition, The Light City is located at the central gateway of the intersection between three important functional subdivisions of Vung Tau City: North Vung Tau Urban Area, Chi Linh - Cua Lap coastal tourism development and Typical ecological urban area of Bac Phuoc Thang. These are all areas with the strongest potential for urban - trade - service development in Vung Tau in the future.
