Phu My Ecotown is a residential project in Phu My town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, to meet the increasing housing demand with the development of local economy.

The project owns a strategic location in Phu My Town Center: The North is adjacent to the planned road 11C, the East is adjacent to the planned road D2 and the South is adjacent to Truong Chinh Street (former 81 road). In addition, the project can easily connect with the main traffic routes such as Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway and 30km from Long Thanh International Airport.

With favorable location and convenient transport system, the project is located in an area that may be developed into a future port city, where Cai Mep - Thi Vai international port cluster will gradually replace the Saigon port , becoming the most potential area of Ba Ria - Vung Tau in the coming time.

  • Land for housing: Including 319 row houses and two social apartment buildings with an area of 39,065.4 m2.
  • Public buildings include community cultural center, kindergarten with an area of 3,718.8 m2 .
  • Transport system, inside and outside landscape of the project with an area of 20,350.3 m2.
