Binh an apartment project (ward 10, Vung Tau city): a choice for people with average income

In the Sunday morning of 14-6, HODECO organized customer meeting for presenting and selling the first pack of the project Binh An apartment (ward 10, Vung Tau city). There are many workers with average income are looking for houses and booked a location.

Customers got consulting about selection of apartment, payment methods and application for VND 30,000 bn pack.

 

Mr Anh, Ms Thuy (ward 9, Vung Tau city) came to the meeting every early. Reading information and picture at the hall, Mr Hoang said: “ I heard from neighbors that  Binh An apartment which has small size ones  and targets at people with average and low income attracts me much”. Pointing at the apartment no. 16 with area of 66m2 at the corner of floor 8, Ms Thuy said: “ This one is nice. There are lot windows and it is at West-North side which is suitable for us, you should check price”.  “ Buying house is a long term decision, so size should be large enough. When having 2 children, it is necessary to have private rooms and study places for them as the design”.

Mr. Quang (ward 4, Vung Tau city), took 5-year old son to “do research” about apartments and borrowing application supported by BIDV- Vung Tau branch within VND 30,000 bn stimulus package according to Decision 61/NQ-CP. He said: “ I’m a worker with VND 400,000 income/ day.  If including overtime and bonus payment, the total income is around VND 10 mn/ month. My wife is an employee for Garment and Textile Company with below VND 5 mn/month. The rent occupied VND 2.5mn/month, it’s costly.  This time I try to save for  55 m2 house purchase. My income after tax is consider low  income which is allowed to borrow from VND 30,000 bn package by BIDV”.

Mr. Le Viet Lien, Business Director of HODECO, said that according to design, the Binh An apartment has 15 floors including basement, mezzanine and public room, the rest will be allocated  for 378 apartments (with 55-66 m2/ each). The price including VAT and maintenance ranges from VND 636mn- 845mn/ unit. Total area is 25,420 m2, in which 50.24% is living space, 49.76% is public space. HODECO has finished polar construction and is implementing foundation with expected completion in Nov 2015. The Company will carry out within 18 months and hand over at the end of 2016.

Among more than 300 customers looking for apartment in the project and participating in the 1st sale, there were more than 100 customers registered for purchase. There were 20 customers deposited for selecting apartment. There were white collar, worker with average and low income supported by BIDV- Vung Tau branch for borrowing application  in VND 30,000 bn package and  VND 5,000 bn in “Settlement and Career”  program. Ms Nguyen Thi Phi Nhung, who takes charge of HODECO real estate floor informed that buyers registered for Binh An apartment during 14/6-15/7 in 2015 will be gifted a Voucher of VND 10mn discount.

According to Mr Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman and General, the project lies in the Big project Hill 2, ward 10, Vung Tau city which has full advantage based on location, space and facilities (near to high schools, markets, Metro supermarkets, beaches…). Especially, this is project supported by BIDV- Vung Tau branch  for customers with low income to benefit from VND 30,000 stimulus by Government.
