HODECO focused on investment and business development of projects in the area
(BR-VT) January 24 - Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) organized a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2023 and a labor conference in 2024.

In 2023, facing the difficulties and challenges of the economy, the Company's revenue in 2023 only reached 672 billion VND, contributing 157.3 billion VND to the State budget, not completing the planned goals, but it was also an encouraging result from the efforts of the Board of Directors as well as the solidarity and efforts of all employees of the Company to overcome difficulties in the current period.
In the past year, the Company has been implementing key and outstanding projects such as: Hai Dang - The Light City residential area, Ngoc Tuoc HiII 2 villa, Dai Duong housing project (Antares), Housing project No. 2 West of 3/2 Street, Ecotown Phu My, Fusion Suites Vung Tau, Phuoc Thang urban area and HODECO Phu My social housing project... and created a positive mark in the past year.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Viet Lien - General Director of the Company also added the goals and targets to strive for the 2024 business plan, specifically: the expected revenue is VND 1,657.6 billion VND, pre-tax profit is VND 530 billion (equal to 294.6% compared to 2023's performance), expected dividend is 15%. To achieve the goals in 2024, the Company plans to add more than 1,000 billion VND through bank loans and mobilization from other sources....
In addition to production and business activities, HODECO also actively participated in social support by spending VND 400 million on charity funds and social activities in 2023. In 2024, the Company aims to spend from 800 million VND to 1 billion VND for social activities. Especially in a situation where many construction and real estate businesses have to cut staff, HODECO still retains 100% of employees with an average income of 16.5 million VND/person/month.
