Join in the emulation atmosphere of the whole country to celebrate major holidays in 2022, the 91st fouding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 132th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and especially the Congress of the Communist Youth Union at all levels, on the afternoon of May 18, 2022, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 4th Congress, term 2022 – 2027
Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Van Hue - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Department of Propaganda - Inspection of the Provincial Youth Union; Leaders and Unions of the Company include: Mr. Le Viet Lien - General Director of the Company, Mr. Do Manh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Human Resources of the Company; Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Secretary of Hodeco Grassroots Union, term III; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, Business Director of the Company - and the Secretary of the Branches under the Party Committee of the Company; along with 41 union members of the whole Company.
TAt the Congress, the delegates listened to a brief presentation of the report on the work of the Youth Union and the Company's Youth Movement for the term 2017 - 2022, the direction of operation for the term 2022 - 2027. During the last term, the Youth Union of the Company's grassroots Youth Union received the close attention and timely direction from the Standing Board of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial Youth Union, the direct leadership of the Company's Party Committee, the attention and facilitation of the Company's Executive Board, the Company's Trade Union, and especially the efforts, enthusiasm and responsibility of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Union and all the youth union members of the Company. Despite being affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, the Youth Union movement of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company achieved positive results, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union flexibly adjusted and selected appropriate activities, strengthened the application of information technology and social networks in the organization of activities, ensured safety for epidemic prevention.
During th previous term, with the enthusiasm of youth and the development of the Company, the Company's Youth Union organization was increasingly rejuvenated and strong, the youth union members - employees are trained according to their professional expertise and the corporate culture. The Company also created good conditions for sending the employees to attend refresher courses to improve their professional qualifications. In addition to the development of technology, the Youth Union also paid attention to the socialization, practical activities, volunteering for the community such as blood donation, returning to source, visiting and giving gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers and martyrs' mothers; participating in offering incense to commemorate the heroes and martyrs who died for the country
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Do Manh - Secretary of the Party Committee - Director of Human Resources of the Company and Mr. Nguyen Van Hue - Member of the Standing Committee - Head of the Department of Propaganda - Inspection of the Provincial Youth Union recognized and praised the results of activities of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Youth Union for the term 2017 - 2022, and at the same time, he suggested that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Youth Union for the term 2022 - 2027 should continue to promote and actively organize the practical youth emulation movements that are associated with the activities of the Company, well serving the needs of production and business. The Executive Board of the Company together with the Provincial Youth Union affirm that they always care, create conditions and support for the Youth Union of the Company to promote its work activities as well as social activities.
At the Congress, Hodeco grassroots Youth Union was honored to receive certificates of merit from the Provincial Youth Union for 02 collectives and 07 individuals who made great contributions to the Union's activities and youth movement in the last term.
In the spirit of democracy, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company, term IV ( 2022 - 2027), including 5 comrades. At the Conference, it was agreed to elect Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat - Party Member, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee, Secretary of Party Cell 1, Deputy Director of Human Resources, Secretary of the grassroots Youth Union term III to hold the position of Secretary and Mr. Tran Trung Hieu - Leader of the Electricity - Water Division of the Investment Management Department holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Company's Youth Union term IV. On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat thanked the close attention and direction of the Party Committee, the Company's leaders and the superior delegation, at the same time affirming that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Youth Union of the Company, term IV (2022-2027) will unite and strive to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Congress, and make the Company's Youth Union movement stronger and stronger.
The Grassroots Union Congress of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company for the term 2022 - 2027 was successful. The Congress thanked and sent flowers to Mr. Doan Huu Vinh - Former Secretary of the Company's Youth Union and the comrades who were members of the Executive Committee of the 3rd term and did not join the new Executive Committee for their contributions in the activities of the Company's Union and the local youth movement.
