On April 9, 2021, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) cooperated with Fusion Suites Vung Tau Hotel to organize a gratitude party for customers who own apartments in 2021. The party took place successfully in a solemn, cozy and emotional atmosphere at FRESH restaurant, 19th floor, Fusion Suites Vung Tau hotel.

The party is as a mark of the journey of connecting with customers as well as a commitment to Fusion Suites Vung Tau's continuous efforts to improve the quality of products and services. Also at the event, leaders of HODECO and representatives of Suites Vung Tau hotel expressed their deep thanks to the owners and partners for their trust and companionship during the past 1 year, and committed to paying investment profits and ensuring other benefits according to the agreement.

Unlike many other resort investment units that delay payment of benefits due to the impact of Covid 19, in the past year, HODECO still fully maintained privileged values for owners of Fusion Suites Vung Tau such as: 15 free resort nights /year, preferential use of health care and entertainment services at preferential prices as well as guaranteed other ownership rights. In particular, the investor- HODECO always ensures the payment of full investment profit as committed to customers at the rate of 8%/year on the value of the apartment.
