Over the past 30 years (1990-2020), BR-VT House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) has grown continuously, becoming a prestigious brand name in real estate development (real estate) and construction in the province. REPUTABLE BRAND
These days, on the construction site of The Light City project (ward 12, Vung Tau city), workers are rushing to complete the technical infrastructure to prepare for introduction to customers. The Light City urban area project has the scale of 49 ha with the total investment of VND 2,400 billion synchronously planned with modern technical infrastructure system. The project has started the construction of technical infrastructure phase 1 with an area of more than 27 ha, including 490 row houses, 213 villas and about 400 apartments, with facilities such as schools, medical stations, parks, sports-culture-service complexes, etc. This is one of dozens of large-scale housing and urban area projects implemented by HODECO since its establishment.
Over the past 30 years of construction and development, HODECO has gained important achievements and made remarkable contributions to the development of urban and housing of the province, along with the renovation and development of the city. HODECO has provided to the market 30 projects and more than 6,000 real estate products, making its mark on the Ba Ria-Vung Tau real estate market with key projects such as: Trade Center Ward 7, Ngoc Tuoc 2 Villas, Residential Area at hill 2 Ward 10, Apartment building at 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Binh An Apartment, Binh Gia Resident, Fusion Suites Vung Tau Luxury Condotel Area, Residential Project at West 3/2 street , Phu My New Urban Area, etc.
When newly established, the Company's charter capital was more than 20 billion; in 2007 the charter capital increased to 81 billion VND and in 2020, it is adjusted to more than 665 billion VND. Revenue also has a strong growth step, from 272 billion VND in 2007 to 824.5 billion VND in 2019. Profit after tax in 2007 was 26.1 billion VND, increased to 183.6 billion VND. In 2020, it is expected that total revenue will reach 1,030 billion VND (increase by 28.6% compared to 2019); profit before tax reached 250 billion VND.
Over the past 30 years, HODECO has received many noble awards from the State such as Third Class Labor Medal (2008), Second Class Labor Medal (2013), First Class Labor Medal (2019) ; Top 30 excellent real estate brands in 2018, etc. Since its establishment, HODECO has always taken the belief as the core value, as a guideline for all activities. The brand name of HODECO has affirmed its position in the hearts of customers. After equitization in 2001, the Company has more and more conditions to build foundation values, the construction under the brand name HODECO. In each development process, HODECO has set a clear, reasonable and solid route. Specifically, before 2015, the Company focused on developing land fund, building apartment projects, townhouses, villas. Since 2015, HODECO marked a new turning point with the deployment of the tourism-resort real estate with Fusion Suites Vung Tau project. From 2017 to 2020, HODECO restructures and rejuvenates the staff to meet the requirements and development trends of the new stage.
In the period 2020-2025, the Company will continue to promote the development of land fund and diversify product types, in which, strongly develop high-grade real estate and resort real estate segments. Many potential projects are being implemented legal procedure by HODECO for future investment such as: Phuoc Thang urban area (75.36 ha), Vung Tau Wonderland (234 ha), Hodeco Sea village (4.47 ha), Phu My town social housing area (more than 17,823 square meters), etc.

Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that HODECO always identifies three important points for development. Therefore, the projects invested by the Company always ensure full legal procedures, focusing on the completion of technical infrastructure, social infrastructure to meet the needs of accommodation and other facilities.
