On 15/2/2008, People Committee of Ba Ria- Vung Tau had passed Decision 804/QĐ-UB regarding granting “Lighthouse prize” of the year 2007. This is a prize for companies have excellent achievements in manufacturing, business and services. There were 10 companies granted the prize in the province, in which Ba Ria- Vung Tau House Development joint stock company (HODECO) is one of the 10 companies.

HODECO was honorably granted certificate by People Committee of Ba Ria- Vung Tau (Decision No. 803/QĐ-UB on 15/02/2008 by Provincial People Committee) since the Company had achievements in the past 5 years (2003-2007) in participation of the “Lighthouse prize”.
