On the morning of December 22, 2019, Ba Ria-Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to introduce the West 3/2 Residential Area Projectwith the attandance of more than 150 customers and partners.

Most of the attending customers were interested in the project and evaluated that the project has a great attraction at the present time with complete infrastructure and the investor has built the raw blocks of row houses in the project. In the first introduction, the company only launched 111 out of 210 products of the whole project; including 51 row houses, 60 villas and 100% registered by customers. In addition, during the event, customers can participate in the lucky draw program with a total prize value of up to VND 50 million.

The West 3/2 Residential Area Project is located in Ward 11, Vung Tau City on Hang Dieu Street, the Northwest is adjacent to the Cong Hop planning street, around the facilities that have been or are being formed: Le Qui Don High School, Vung Tau New General Hospital, Mega Supermarket, New City Administration Center, Saigon Atlantic Resort, Paradise Golf…. and about 500m from the beach.

The overall project size : 6.33 ha including 96 row houses with areas from 90m2 to 167m2, 114 villas with area from 217m2 to 262m2. The project is synchronously planned, possessing a modern technical infrastructure system, fresh space surrounded by existing ecological hills.
