On 22/10/2018, BR-VT House Development JSC (HODECO) and Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank –Vung Tau branch(VRB) signed contract of cooperation and credit financing for the Ecotown Phu My residential area project.
According to the cooperation of the two parties, Ba Ria Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company cooperates with Viet Nga Joint Venture Bank to provide customers o Ecotown Phu My project with loans to buy houses with maximum limit of 70% of the sale contract value and the loan period up to 20 years. In addition, VRB also gives credit investment finance for Ecotown Phu My project phase 01 with a total amount of VND 250 billion.
Vietnam Russia Joint Venture Bank is known as one of the leading units in joint venture banks with the association of two leading banks in Vietnam and Russia Federation: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and the Russian Foreign Trade Bank Vneshtorgbank (VTB). The official visit to the Russian Federation by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in September confirmed and promoted the cooperation between the two countries in every sectors including the financial-credit sector with wider participation of the Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank to serve the major cooperation projects between the two countries.

Perspective of Phu My Ecotown project
The project owns a strategic location in Phu My Town Center: The North is adjacent to the planned road 11C, the East is adjacent to the planned road D2 and the South is adjacent to Truong Chinh Street (former 81 road). In addition, the project can easily connect with the main traffic routes such as Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway and 30km from Long Thanh International Airport. With favorable location and convenient transport system, the project is located in an area that may be developed into a future port city, where Cai Mep - Thi Vai international port cluster will gradually replace the Saigon port , becoming the most potential area of Ba Ria - Vung Tau in the upcoming time. The project is designed in a synchronous manner on the land area of of 63,133.5 m2, including 319 row houses and two social apartment buildings, community cultural center, kindergarten and traffic works, landscape in and outside the project. Total investment of the project is up to 600 billion dong.
