On the morning of August 8th, 2008, in Phu My town (location of the project), Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) held the Commencement Ceremony of Ecotown Phu My Residential Area. The representatives of Phu My Town authorities, leaders of departments and units of design and construction of the project attended the ceremony.

Ecotown Phu My is a housing project for employees in Phu My Town and other customers who have a need to buy houses in the area to meet the growing demand for housing with the local economic development. The project is designed on a total area of 63,133.5 m2 including subdivisions such as 319 row houses, 02 social apartment bulidings, cultural center community, kindergarten and the transport works, inside and outside landscape of the project.

Perspective of Ecotown Phu My Project

The project owns a strategic location in Phu My Town Center: The North is adjacent to the planned road 11C, the East is adjacent to the planned road D2 and the South is adjacent to Truong Chinh Street (former 81 road). In addition, the project can easily connect with the main traffic routes such as Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway and 30km from Long Thanh International Airport. With favorable location and convenient transport system, the project is located in an area that may be developed into a future port city, where Cai Mep - Thi Vai international port cluster will gradually replace the Saigon port , becoming the most potential area of Ba Ria - Vung Tau in the coming time.

The project is expected to complete the first phase of construction investment, complete technical infrastructure and start to open for salle in 2018. Total investment for the project is over 600 billion from the capital of the Company.
