On the day of 04.02.2018, BR-VT House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over Binh Gia Resident apartments invested by the Company in the project area, in Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Ward 8, Vung Tau City.

The event was held with the participation of Mr. Mai Trung Hung - Deputy Director of Construction Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, representative of ward 8 Vung Tau City, Leaders of Hodeco Company, representatives of construction companies - Hodeco Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company, the representative of the management unit of the building - Hodeco Travel Service Enterprise and the customers - the residents have bought apartments in the project.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Viet Lien - Deputy General Director cum Sales Manager Hodeco announced the  inauguration and handover the project  Binh Gia Resident apartment. He added: "According to the progress of committed to customers, the project will be handed over at the end of March 2018. However, understanding the expectations of customers about the new houses, the Board of Management and Hodeco employees together with the construction unit have made continuous efforts to complete the project and handed over before the Lunar New Year, 2 months earlier than expected to bring to customers a happy new year in a new cozy house. " Therefore, the event was organized not only for the purpose of inaugurating the project, but also for the affirmation of Hodeco's prestige and quality of works.

Mr. Mai Trung Hung - Deputy Director of Construction Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, highly appreciated Hodeco's efforts in construction work to achieve the progress of exceeding the plan and expressed the confidence in the sustainable development of the company in the future. Also at the ceremony, representatives of customers spoke, expressed their satisfaction with the quality, utility of the project and their joy when receiving home in the new year. At the end of the ceremony, Hodeco sent each customer a small gift to give thank for their companion and trust towards the company during the project.

Started from March 2016, Binh Gia Resident was completed only after nearly 2 years of construction. The 20-storey apartment building is built on 3,560 square meters of land, including 18 storeys for staying, the entire basement for mortobike parking and the first floor for car parking. The apartments have an area of 55 - 81.7 m2, have 2 bedrooms that are designed reasonably, modernly, making an airy and peaceful space for living and especially suitable for young families.

Binh Gia Resident is located in the heart of the city, near the existing facilities such as Lotte Mart Supermarket, Vung Tau High School, Vung Tau City Martyrs Monument-symbol of Vung Tau City  and just a 10 minutes walk far from Thuy Van Beach. The project is highly appreciated for local amenities such as large community house, kindergarten and private playground with an area of over 1000 m2, wide corridor system, plenty of light, large number of elevators that fully meet the living needs of residents. In addition, the fire protection system, exits, security ... are invested and approved by the authorities to ensure that the apartment is in best operation.

Up to now, nearly 90% of the 317 apartments of the project have owners.
