On March 31, 2018, the House Development JSC (Security Code: HDC) has successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018.
The Meeting was held with the participation of 166 shareholders, the representatives of 33,077,221 shares, accounting for 73.4% of the total voting shares of the Company, together with the representatives of the press, investment funds, securities companies
All the contents submitted to the meeting were reported and analyzed by the chair committee of the meeting and voted and approved by the shareholders with the unanimous vote (except for the content: chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the fiscal year 2018 was approved with the rate of 99.4% of shareholders attending the meeting and the issue of shares for the company's employees was approved at the rate of 98.93%, the remaining contents were approved with the rate of 100%).
At the meeting, the shareholders also elected one additional member of the Board of Directors and two additional members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2016-2020. The details are as follows:
