2 / Payment in the full amount ... dong and maintenance fee….. dong under contract before the handover.

3 / Strictly, completely follow the necessary procedures as previous commitments (if any) with the Company.

4 / Implementing regulations (contents: some notes being handed over the house, attached) When taking over the house.

SOME NOTES BEFORE HANDING OVER HOUSES

In addition to the rules as announced, Customers should pay attention to being handed over houses as follows:

1 / Since the handover process involving the procedures and quality control, every day the company can only hand over 15 to a maximum of 20 units.

 2 / In order to ensure the delivery of the best, the Company respectfully request that you please register the handover date, the case of the day you register exceeds the maximum number (20 units ), the customer please change the handover date (or you register a certain number of days so that company prearrange handover schedule).

3 / Time for receiving registration information of handing over the house starting on 20.12.2016 (during office hours) .

4 / Location of registration: REAL ESTATE TRADING FLOOR HODECO. Address: 3rd floor, HODECO PLAZA, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City .. Phone: 0643 856 307, 0913800101 .

5 / Form: Registration Form provided by HODECO in Service floor or website: www.hodeco.vn. In case you would like to submit a request in form of document sent by courier. Attachment: Registration Form ofapartments handing over.

 6 / Client records should provide:

• ID card of spouse (1 original and 2 certified true copy).
• Household book of husband and wife (1 notarized copy).
• House Purchase agreement (1 original and 1 copy y).
• Bank mortgage contract (in case the apartment is mortgaged to the bank).
• Marriage registration certificate (notarized copy).  In case, singles must have certificates of celibacy (copy in Ward).
• All receipts or bank transfer order.

In the event, he / she authorizes the relatives or friends to accept the transfer of the house, should bring more of the following documents: Contracts / notarized power of attorney; ID card of an authorized person.

All papers will register service of electrical and employment in the housing ownership procedures for customers.
