On August 1, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House development JS (HODECO) welcomed the Ho Chi Minh City Construction and Building Materials Association (SACA) visited and worked with the company. The business trip has opened up numerous cooperation opportunities between enterprises on both sides, especially in the field of urban construction.
Visited the SACA Center for Building Materials at 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Apartment (Plot A) of HODECO
With the aim of planning the SACA Center for Building Materials to the gallery center, introducing typical building materials of SACA’s members in Vung Tau ward, the working delegation conducted a site survey at 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia apartment (Plot A) of HODECO.
This is the optimal selection for SACA’s plan due to the total size being up to 2,804.8 m2, including a spacious and airy mezzanine and second floor, offering flexibility for various functions. The site is located at a prime position of connectivity, directly opposite the Vung Tau Bus Station and adjacent to a range of external amenities such as banks, markets, schools, and major arterial roads. In particular, the existing residential community within the apartment complex and surrounding area ensures a stable customer base for the Association’s future exhibition, commercial, and service activities.
With experiences of project operation and long-term perspective, HODECO would accompany SACA in every step to create a specialized, modern, and distinctive space.

Visited the Light City project
Within the framework of the visit and working session, the SACA Association also toured The Light City – HODECO’s key project located on Chi Lang Street, Phuoc Thang Ward (Vung Tau City). This large-scale residential project (49 hectares) is a modern, well-planned complex designed to accommodate multi-generational families. Notably, The Light City is situated at the gateway connecting three major functional zones of Vung Tau City: the Northern Vung Tau Urban Area, the Chi Linh – Cua Lap Coastal Tourism Development Area, and the Northern Phuoc Thang Ecological Urban Area. The project’s potential attracted great interest and offered new experiences to SACA members during this visit.
