In 2024, despite facing significant difficulties, challenges in the construction and real estate market, HODECO made strong efforts to achieve positive results. The company's revenue reaches 569.06 billion Dong, contributed 252.7 billion Dong to the State budget, and distributed dividends to its shareholders at the ratio of 12% by shares.

The AGM reported the issued result, successfully sold 19,990,244 shares to current shareholders, and provided an update on the use of capital raised from this sale. The company repaid 2 individual bond loans for bondholders with a total value of 100 billion Dong. As of December 31, 2024, the Company has no outstanding bond debt.
In 2025, the Company is expected to issue 500 billion VND of individual bonds and 500 billion VND of convertible bonds. The timing for these issuances will be determined by the Board of Directors.
