On April 14, 2025, BR-VT House Development JSC (HODECO) attended the 2025 Creative Urban - Culture – Convergence and Industry (CICON 2025).

CICON, an annual international conference, was held first time in the capital city of Seoul (Korea) in 2012, currently followed by other big cities worldwide. Most recently, CICON 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, marking another big step in enhancing the cooperation between Vietnam and Korea in the field of urban development. The conference aimed to exchange information, experiences in the field of urbanism, culture, and integration.

With the topic “The age of AI: Economic cooperation between Korea and Vietnam”, CICON Vietnam 2025 gathered nearly 100 leading enterprises in Korea, with the participation of experts, government agencies of Vietnam and Korea, and business leaders of both nations.

At the conference, Mr. Le Viet Lien – General Director of HODECO company, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with GROUPM. Through this agreement, HODECO and GROUP would socialize and associate to increase mutual understanding in the field of Real Estate Development and Renewable Energy. HODECO Seavillage project would be the first joint project that both parties will research, investigate to jointly develop in the future. The conference marked the integration, development of HODECO in a new situation.
