On April 13, 2025, in Phu My city, Ba Ria Vung Tau House Development JSC (HODECO) held a dialogue on the theme “Social Housing: Fast Clarity – Process Simply”. The event attracted nearly 200 officers, civil servants, and armed forces personnel and interested in social housing information (SH). 

The dialogue was attended by representatives from HODECO, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Vung Tau Branch. The dialogue provided updated information on conditions for purchasing social housing, procedures, required documents and preferential loan policies for first-time buyer. Enquiries of participants regarding topics, loan procedures, or registration process were responded to clearly and specifically.

Specifically, the expert team of HODECO directly supported customers in completing the registration documents for purchasing the apartments at the Eco Home 1 Social Housing project. This assistance helps citizens to easily access the opportunity to own a home at a reasonable price.

Speaking at the dialogue, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung, Business Manager of HODECO, shared: “Phu My city is a rapidly developing area, and the demand for social housing is increasing every day. As an enterprise based in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, we not only aim to develop the project, but also work closely with the local auhthorities and community, contributing our efforts on the work of creating the ideal place for a truly peaceful career – with affordable finance, as well as a high quality of life.”

The word to share reflects the commitment of HODECO to providing stable values, not only through the apartments, but also by creating true homes for citizens. As is known, the Eco Home 1 project, primarily invested in by HODECO, is a highlight of the program. Commencing in November 2024 with 320 billion VND of total investment, the project includes 340 apartments, with an expected average selling price of 19.87 million VND/m².  According to the plan, the apartment will be officially available in June 2025, promising to provide an opportunity to have an ideal living place for many families in Phu My city.

The event provided an opportunity not only to raise awareness about Social Housing policies, but also to demonstrate a sense of responsibility of HODECO with the community and society. With the support of banks and local authorities, HODECO is, step by step, realizing the goal of providing quality homes at reasonable prices for laborers and policy beneficiaries.

The dialogue concluded with positive feedback from participants, marking a new step forward for HODECO in the progress of developing social housing in Ba Ria Vung Tau.
