On August 19, 2024, the Trade Union of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), in collaboration with the company’s management, organized the "Union Meal" 2024 for all company employees. This event was held to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).

Mr. Le Viet Lien, CEO of the company, gave a speech at the event.

The "Union Meal" 2024 was one of the initiatives aimed at enhancing care for employees and showing appreciation for their efforts and contributions to the company. This event also served as an opportunity for trade union officials to listen and understand the aspirations and concerns of employees, thereby strengthening trust in the union and fostering a closer bond among everyone involved.

Additionally, the Trade Union celebrated the birthdays of employees born in July and August and summarized activities from initiatives such as the "21-Day Health Challenge: Self-discipline for Better Health" and the Sports Competition organized by the Construction Industry Trade Union of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province.
