On 12/9/2010, in Melia Hanoi, the event of “reliable stock prize” in 2010 was successfully organized by Vietnam Association of Stock Business (VASB) in cooperation with some organizations.

The prize “Reliable stock prize” year 2010 honored 132 corporations, in which 100 corporations were listed on HOSE and HNX. Ba Ria- Vung Tau house development jsc was ranked no.27 among the winners.

The reliable stock prize of year 2010 appreciates HODECO’s success in manufacturing, and great contributions in stock market (State budget payment, creating assets and jobs for society, pushing the development of economy…) directly contributed to development of stock market and Vietnam economy.

In order to be honored as reliable stock prize in year 2010, HODECO had made sustainable steps. The Company hadn’t stopped strengthening and completing management system- organizational structure. Certification center QUACERT granted ISO 9001-2008 to the Company.

Mr. Doan Huu Thuan has honorably granted Labor Medal 3 by President in 2009.

In the previous years, the Company has raised charter capital to VND 200 bn. The first six months of 2010, HODECO reported VND 246.8 bn in revenue and VND 62 bn in profit after tax, accomplished 61% plan of the whole year 2010 and increased 130% compared to the same period of previous year.

The Company’ products and projects attract buyers’ attention. In the coming time, the Company will sell apartment in block A- Nam Ki Khoi Nghia, land floor of villas, and townhouses in New urban area of Phu My, and continued to implement projects: Hill 2 apartments in ward 10, Go Sao, Thi Sach, the minor handicraft and industrial zone, Phuoc Thang urban area, Vung Tau Wonderland…
