On the morning of April 7, 2021, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) held the Opening ceremony of model house of The Light City Urban Area Project invested by the Company in Ward 12, Vung Tau City. The event was attended by a large number of customers as well as project design and construction partners, guarantee banks, and media and press agencies.

According to Mr. Le Viet Lien, General Director of HODECO, putting the model house of the project into use makes it easy for customers to  evaluate the design and use of the actual houses. In addition, this event also shows the close commitment to the project completion schedule as well as the quality of the works performed by HODECO to bring customers a fresh living space with diverse utilities. He also says that with The Light City project, HODECO wishes to build a large-scale, synchronous, civilized and modern housing area, becoming a central urban area in the North Vung Tau area.

The project's model house is built on an townhouse with an area of ​​​​100 m2, located in one of the most beautiful locations in the project, adjacent to outstanding facilities such as central park, amusement park, schools, medical stations. The interior of the model house is designed with the inspiration of the Mediterranean style, taking the turquoise color as the highlight on the light yellow background of the gentle sea sunshine to create a light and cozy space - evoking the feeling of a romantic peaceful "summer" house in the land of the sea. The model house takes advantage of the strengths of architectural design of the townhouse with 2 front and back yards, creating green garden spaces for relaxation and entertainment, and at the same time bringing natural light to all rooms, creating maximum ventilation for users.

The project was started in October 2019 with an investment capital of more than 2400 billion VND. Up to now, the project has completed the basic infrastructure and continues to complete the remaining items such as housing, central park, utility landscape... to be able to be launched to the market at the end of the second quarter of 2021.
