On the morning of November 9, BR-VT House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) - Vung Tau branch signed a contract of cooperation and credit financing for the The Light City Urban Area project.

Mr. Le Viet Lien, General Director of HODECO and Mr. Doan Van Tuyen, Director of Vietcombank Vung Tau Branch signed the cooperation and credit financing contract for The Light City project.

According to the cooperation content, Vietcombank Vung Tau Branch will finance the investment of The Light City urban area project phase 1 - stage 1 with the total amount of 460 billion VND. At the same time, Vietcombank cooperates with HODECO to support customers of The Light City project to borrow money to buy houses with preferential limits and time. Previously, Vietcombank -Vung Tau branch also provided a credit of VND 150 billion for the land fund accumulation of this project.
