Passing through struggles, the Company had emphasized its role and development. With high spirit of the entire staffs and Directors, the Company had paid back by following achievements:

• 1991-2000: The Company was granted a flag for elite company in house management and development by Ministry of Construction during 1991-2000.
• 2002: It was granted the brand “community of excellent and typical performance” among private corporations in Ba Ria- Vung Tau by People Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau.
• 2003: It was granted the brand “community of excellent and typical performance” among private corporations in Ba Ria- Vung Tau by People Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau. It received complementary prize “Lighthouse prize of Ba Ria- Vung Tau” in 2003.
• 2004: It was granted the brand “community of excellent and typical performance” in accomplishing target of year 2004 by Ministry of Construction.

          It was granted brand “community of excellent performance” finishing tax payment for year 2004 by People Committee of Ba Ria- Vung Tau.

          It was granted certificate by Department of Vietnam Trade regarding contribution in developing community of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in 2004.

• 2005: It was granted “community of excellent performance” in 2005.

          It received the prize “Lighthouse of Ba Ria- Vung Tau” in 2005.

          It was granted “community of excellent and typical performance” by People Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau regarding creating “Loving” fund, “Poverty day”.

• 2006: It was recommended by Department of Construction of Ba Ria- Vung Tau to Minister of Government about granting certificate.
• 2007: It received certificate from Minister.

          It received Lighthouse prize Ba Ria Vung Tau. The prize was to honor the Company in 5 year participation in Lighthouse prize of People Committee of Bar Ria Vung Tau.

• 2008: It was granted Labor Medal 3 by President of Vietnam due to its contribution during 2002-2007.
