On December 26, 2019, BR - VT House Development Joint Stock Company held a contest to write about "HODECO in my heart" - a very meaningful contest in a series of activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of establishment of HODECO (May 31, 1990- May 31, 2020).

Attending the contest were Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Viet Lien - Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director; The authors participating in the contest and a large number of employees of the Company.

The Organizing Committee said that after more than 2 months of launching the contest from October 15, 2020 to December 18, 2020, the Organizing Committee received many works participating in the contest with many genres: songs , articles, poems, autobiographies, ... many of the works have been invested with good quality both in content and in form, showing the enthusiasm and responsibility of the participants; Besides, there are also artistic, propaganda, spreading beautiful feelings about love and pride of HODECO Company.

Speaking at the contest, Mr. Phan Van Dinh - Trade Union Chairman, Deputy Head of the contest organizers said The written contest with the theme "HODECO in my heart" was held with the desire to inspire creativity and help HODECO's employees have the opportunity to express their thoughts, feelings and experiences in the HODECO house. The works participating in the contest are derived from the close affection of each employee for HODECO, for colleagues. Every article is good, which makes it extremely difficult for the Organizing Committee and the judge to choose the winning works. However, with clear, objective and fair scoring criteria; along with the judges' deep feelings for each work, the Organizing Committee and the judge finally selected 8 best works.

At the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 02 first prizes to Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat - Human Resources Department and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nga - Project Department, second prize for Ms. Hoang Hong Hanh - Sales Department, third prize for Ms. Duong Thi Ngoc - Accounting Department.

I become more and more determined and try harder to be worthy of the image of HODECO I am wearing ”showed deep feelings that the employees gave to the Company.

According to Mr. Phan Van Dinh, the contest ended with great success and opened up many things ahead. Because of the sincere emotions, simple and close stories about the place where we have been working add the flame of love to HODECO, to spread further and deeper HODECO's core value, cultural values ... and those are the thoughts and feelings sent to each of HODECO's members, the wish for a HODECO with a "home of faith" to continue to develop and steadfast in future.
