On October 10, 2019, in the framework of a meeting to celebrate the Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, BR-VT House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) was honored to receive the "Lighthouse" award in 2019 for achieving the Excellent achievements in production and business activities, making positive contributions to socio-economic development in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, with many contributions to community society.

2019 is the 12th year the Lighthouse Award is held. "Lighthouse" is a prize awarded to businesses with outstanding achievements in production, business and social activities.
