On December 22, 2019 Hodeco held an event to introduce the project Housing area No. 2, West of 3/2 Street in the hall of Hodeco Company, 3rd Floor, Hodeco Plaza, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ward 7, Vung Tau City.

The project is about 6.33 hectares, developing 96 row houses and 114 villas. The project has completed about 80%of basic infrastructure, the row houses have been completed the raw part.

The housing area No. 2, West of 3/2 Street was built with a modern infrastructure system, located in an area which is being developed into a new administrative - educational - medical center of Vung Tau City. The project inherits various utilities - services within a radius of less than 1 km such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets, etc. In addition, with the location of being near the sea, closing to Chi Linh - Cua Lap area, which is being developed to become the key service - tourism - entertainment center, the project will be an ideal settlement and investment option.
