The provincial People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau issued Investment Certificate of Phuoc Thang Urban Zone

On 31 January 2012, the Provincial People’s Committeeof Ba Ria – Vung Tau issued investment certificate of Phuoc Thang Urban Zone for Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company.
The project named Phuoc Thang Urban Zone located in Phuoc Thang Industrial & urban zone at ward 12, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province has been approved for specific planning 1/500 according to decision no. 5834/QD – UBND dated 29 October 2009 by the Provincial People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
The area of the project Phuoc Thang Urban Zone is 753,550.8m2 with total investment of 1,492,507,731,000 dong (In words: One thousand four hundred ninty two billion, five hundred and seven million, seven hundred thirty one thousand dong). It is scheduled to build:
- Villas: 593 with total area of 154,724m2
- Terraced houses: 612 with total area of 65,590 m2
- Tenement & offices: 18 - 36 floor height with total area of 129,038m2
- Resettled tenement: 5-9 floor height with area of 18,752 m2
Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company will combine competent authorities to perform following steps of the project.
